Our commercial applications come with a 30-day trial period. As software cannot be returned, we encourage you to "try before you buy". Orders cannot be cancelled once the registration/activation code has been delivered.

If you contact our customer support department before we have sent your registration/activation code, we will cancel the order for you. In the event your call is not answered and you leave a message, but we don't check that message until after your code is sent, then we will take responsibility for that and cancel your order as a courtesy.
