In most cases, any general-purpose application developed by Blue Ninja Software will become licensed under our open-source CDCBL license if we discontinue active support for that application. This policy ensures that existing users will not be "stranded" with no way to make use of or maintain the software, if they so desire. Applications we discontinue commercial support for can then live on through the user community.

This policy does not apply to proprietary applications we develop or maintain for private clients.
